Llinos works for a children’s charity Y Bont. Llinos trained as a companion in 2009 and ran many groups in schools and the community across South Gwynedd before becoming a trainer on the Children and Young people. Llinos is the Seasons for Growth Mentor for Conwy, Anglesey and Denbigh

Fiona works as a Principal Psychological Therapist for Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and introduced Seasons for Growth to Wales in 2003. Fiona became the Principal Trainer for England and Wales in 2007

Maureen Japp – Trainer

Maureen works for a children’s charity Y Bont. Maureen trained as a companion in 2013 and ran many groups in primary schools before becoming a trainer on the Children and Young people, Parents and Adult programmes. Maureen leads on the delivery of the parents and adult programme in North Wales.

Val Owen – Trainer

Val works for a children’s charity Y Bont. Val trained as a companion in 2013 and ran many groups in primary schools before becoming a trainer on the Children and Young people, Parents and Adult programmes. Val oversees the administration and strategic management of Seasons for Growth in North Wales.

Tessa Pike BA (hons) MA Management in Education Cert Ed

Following 20 years in Secondary Education, latterly as Head of PSHE in a large West London Comprehensive school, Tessa Pike was co ordinator of the successful Healthy Schools programme in Hillingdon from 2003 – 2016. As a member of the Healthy Schools team she was the borough lead for Emotional Wellbeing and taught PSHE in schools. To support the emotional wellbeing aspect of her work with schools, she began working with Elaine Tabony and trained to be a Seasons for Growth trainer, co ordinating a successful and popular programme in Hillingdon. Later, Tessa and Elaine introduced the adult programme, training a number of Companions in Childrens Centres and other organisations.

Tessa has taken on the role of Coordinator in the new charity and continues to train Companions to implement the programme in the London area.

Wendy Hart – Trainier

Wendy works for Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust as a
Primary Mental Health Worker within the Lancaster and Morecambe Child
and Adolescent Mental Health Team. She originally trained as a
Companion in 2010 before becoming a trainer in 2012.

Wendy is a Seasons For Growth Mentor for the Lancaster and Morecambe
District area of Lancashire.
